The help for this function <https://help.libreoffice.org/master/en-US/text/scalc/01/func_xlookup.html> states "XLOOKUP function is a modern and flexible replacement for older functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and LOOKUP." However, it states merely that it supports "wildcards (* ?) for partial matches", whereas the older functions support (the full set of) regular expressions. Please can XLOOKUP (and similar new functions) support the full set of regular expressions?
