Hi Peter,

thank you very much, I will try this.

However, there is also an API method setChecksTurnedOff (https://weka.sourceforge.io/doc.packages/multiInstanceLearning/index.html?weka/classifiers/mi/MISMO.html) as well as a command-line option -no-checks. Are these the same?

Because I've already tried those two methods and the error still happened.

The only workaround would be to disable the capabilities testing
framework altogether (which I'd normally not advise to do).
Create the file "Capabilities.props" in the $HOME/wekafiles/props
directory with the following content:
Test=true

I meant:
Test=false

The other one enables the tests again. :-)
