In Libreoffice, the background color of application windows
can be set via the menu entries Tools --> Options -->
Application Colors.

Because I do not like the default white, I set the window
background to a light green (#90BB90).  This will work for
most application windows except those within Base.  In Base
each window remains the default white.  Only the Base Forms
display the #90BB90 background color but the main Base window
and table windows display the default white.

Is there a way to change all Base windows to a different
background color?
