I just got a desktop at work with W11 - no training.

I Installed the latest Libre Offcie but i want to create a desktop icon
just for Writer.

How do I do that?

Thanks.

I can speak only for doing it in UBUNTU.

Here is how:

1. Launch Writer.

2. A writer icon appears on your desktop.

3. Right click on the icon.

4. Click on ADD TO FAVORITES

Close Writer, the icon should be on your desktop.

That works for me. Joe Conner
