I'm no database expert (please read that again!) but how about:
o Click Tables in the left panel.
o Right-click a table in the Tables panel and select Copy from the 
context menu.
o Start a spreadsheet document.
o Paste into the spreadsheet.
o Save as CSV from the spreadsheet.
