Hi :)
I just used MSO 2010 to save as a normal Word document 

Meidal_Jared.doc

and also as a proper OpenDocument Format file

In MSO 2010 the header looks nicely lined up but the footer looks like it
was made by someone else in the organisation and uses spaces instead of
tab-stops to 'format'.  Normally if i got around to it i would send such
things off-list but since they are published on-line anyway i thought it
would be ok this time.  

I couldn't download the 2nd file.
