Here's a translation of a recent message by Loïc Breilloux in the FR 
discuss list about the same topic. I hope this will be of help.

Edit the /etc/hosts file

There, you'd see something like:
127.0.0.1    localhost
127.0.1.1    the_computer_name

Just add below:

127.0.1.1    the_computer_name localhosts the_computer_name.(none)
